    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
    • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Chartered Accountant.
    • Expert knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in GST, TDS, and Audits is a must
    • Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
    • Manage and coordinate audits with external auditors, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas of risk.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive process improvements.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
    • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting professionals.
