    We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Critical Care team based in Chennai, driving revenue growth and patient access to disruptive technologies mainly in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Units. Your role includes identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities in your assigned territory, managing customer relationships, and strategically expanding the business. Our product portfolio is exceptional, featuring innovative technologies supported by a robust product pipeline.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and growth targets across your assigned territory
    • Act as the primary point of contact within the critical care business unit for your designated territory
    • Apply your understanding of cardiac anatomy, pathology, and physiology as they relate to Edwards medical products
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance Edwards' market positioning
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing customers, pinpoint areas for improvement to meet sales targets, and develop and implement short-term region plans to reach region objectives
    • Monitor and report on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagements
    • Represent Edwards at conferences and customer events
    • Maintain customer and account management details with accuracy and timeliness in the sales funnel
    • Provide regular reports on territory performance and business management prospects
    • Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with clinical research to guide clinical practice
    • Expand the existing install base, grow new business opportunities, and collaborate with support functions such as Marketing, Professional Education, and Clinical Field Specialists
    • Handle other related duties as needed
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Demonstrated and extensive experience in progressive sales within MedTech
    • Proven track record of sales achievements and commercial acumen
    • Experience with medical devices in ICU and/or anaesthesia
    • Experience in capital and consumable sales
    • Previous clinical exposure in ICU or anaesthesia is highly valued
    • Motivated, driven, and passionate approach
    Additional Skills:
    • Strong grasp of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitors' products
    • Understanding of strategy, selling models, medical devices industry, and sales environment
    • Proficiency in managing complex sales processes
    • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Building productive internal and external relationships, including continuous engagement with key clinical advocates
    • Effective use of influencing skills and adherence to sound sales process methodology
    • Compliance with all company regulations and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules, with a commitment to preventing injuries and protecting the environment
