    Job Purpose


    • The role of Oil and Gas Operations Specialist II is to ensure the proper execution of services for key accounts, compliance of the services with industry requirements and therefore, secure the business growth in Bahri's Oil and Gas vertical


    • must provide sector expertise and act as an "industry champion"


    • support the establishment of shipping instructions and SOPs for the commercial, operations and product teams and provide the oversight and support to the teams when required


    • will be responsible for the customer support to ensure tailored approach for the O&G sector clients


    • must maintain relationships with current Oil and Gas clients/agents/service providers in order to ensure smooth operations


    • The role requires attention to detail, operational capabilities, knowledge in the Oil and Gas industry, proactive leadership and problem solving skills

    Key Accountabilities & Key Performance Area

    Main Activities - 1. Planning and Documentation


    • Ensure preplanning of Oil and Gas shipments' operations to facilitate smooth operations


    • Support the development of vertical-specific products and solutions for clients through the identification of client needs and opportunities

    2.Operations


    • Ensure the correct documentation flow and smooth operations fulfilment


    • Oversee activities related to Oil and Gas operations in accordance with instructions and SOPs


    • Ensure adherence to shipping instructions and SOPs at all stages of operations


    • Ensure record keeping and regular communication of status updates for the shipments to commercial teams and clients


    • Oversee invoice processing and collection, as well as customer support activities, in the Oil and Gas vertical

    3.Relationship Management


    • Support the branches in implementing solutions for the product


    • Support commercial teams in the sales aspect of the product when required


    • Negotiate and build business relationships with external parties (carriers, service providers, government agencies) to improve competitiveness and quality of service to customers
