Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate-Commercial Lawyer (6-12 years PQE). The Corporate-Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, handling employment & labor law matters, real estate matters and managing general corporate advisory work. The role also involves working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure legal compliance and provide strategic legal guidance.
