    About the Role:

    Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage IL Platform for their learning. This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, highperformance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Infinity learns unique way of learning.

    Interacting with School Principals and Parents to close the sales. - Guiding the students to

    a brighter career path.

    Build a repo with the principals.

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    • Will have to do Sales outbound calls (120 Calls per day) & follow-up calls daily with

    prospective school principals, students & their parents.


    • Learn/Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to

    achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).

    Desired Skills:


    •Have good communication skills in English and Regional language (Tamil/Kanada/ Hindi)

    with professional presentation.

    Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment

     Keen interest in education

     Target driven with a problem-solving approach.

     Interested in mentoring students.

     A knack for sales and positioning an idea.

     Academic Qualification: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree

    Compensation: - 3.5 LPA (2.5 LPA fixed + 1 LPA variable) for Freshers (0-1 Year)

    4 LPA (3 LPA fixed + 1 LPA variable) for 1+Years Experience

    Working Days: 6 days working week (Rotational Week off)
