The desired candidate should have 3+ years of experience working as an integrator in development as well as gathering the requirements from the customerShould be well-versed with the Sterling Integrator dashboard and ability to convert requirements to technical business processExperience in Map development and ability to handle any file layouts, especially XMLShould have experience in establishing connections with trading partners using communication protocols like AS2, FTP, and SFTPAbility to perform various configuration setups like Envelopes and code lists with a good understanding of X12 and EDIFACT standardsGood team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challengesGood verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teamsAbility to tackle complex problems, learn quickly and independently, and proactively recommend solutions to improve efficiency or effectivenessMust be a self-starter, able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications quicklyBachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
