    Description

    • We are looking for people with good communication skills and patient listeners who can deal with various customer support tasks such as providing basic/advanced information about our App and Games as well as understanding and helping to resolve various common and uncommon problems faced by customers.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues through phone, email, or chat.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain high level of professionalism and always provide excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions. Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and suggest enhancements to management.

    Requirements:

    • Graduation
    • Languages:
    • English (must)
    • Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada/Odissi
    • Any prior experience in Customer Support stream is an added advantage.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Must have good communication skills.
    • Must have good level of patience to deal with all varieties of customers.
    • Must have thorough understanding of the product and services offered by the company.
    • Must quickly learn and adopt to new changes in the products and services.
