Capital Placement Services is seeking a talented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing efforts to new heights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise stock deliveries according to the defined route plan.
    • Efficiently collect payments from canteens and ensure settlements in accordance with SOP.
    • Take initiative in booking subsequent orders from outlets.
    • Explore opportunities for new college and canteen partnerships.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with college canteen owners to enhance business growth.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong sales background with an innate ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
