    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Act as point of contact for all academic program inquiries, offering excellent coordination and issue resolution.
    • Taking Care of all day-to-day operations of the program office, liaising with students, faculty, and staff.
    • Trimester-wise/ weekly schedule management in coordination with all the in-house & visiting faculty including arrangement of the visiting faculty as per the requirement of the course.
    • Accurate record keeping in all areas of work i.e., students, alumni, visiting faculties & experts, etc.
    • Managing the complete life cycle of the program with proper documentation, starting from the inaugural to the convocation.
    • Proper maintenance of student details & attendance records.
    • Taking care of the statutory body's requirements i.e., AICTE, UGC, AISHE, etc.

    Qualifications

    Any Graduate / Post Graduate

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
