    Job Summary

    Position : Post Silicon Validation Engineer

    Experience: 9+ years

    Location – Bengaluru

    Technical Skillset Required:

    • Digital validation engineer :
    • Experience on low-speed IO interfaces for TDM/IIS/SPI/OSPI/QSPI/GPIO/IIC/JTAG/Reset/UART
    • PCB experience
    • Experience with scopes/NI PXI equipment.
    • Debugging skills and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in setup and measurements.
    • Experience with programming and scripting languages such as a LabView, testStand , C, C++ and Python .

    Key Skills :

    • Experience on low-speed IO interfaces for TDM/IIS/SPI/OSPI/QSPI/GPIO/IIC/JTAG/Reset/UART. with programming and scripting languages such as LabView, testStand , C, C++ and Python
    • Specific Entrepreneurial Knowledge
    • Understand the client requirements and build quick solutions
    • Willing and able to dive into new things and pick them up fast
    • Very good technical and analytical skills required to evaluate complex situations
    • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and pronounced attention to detail .

    Areas of Responsibility :

    • Debug existing characterization board for failures, provide solutions for any issue found on the board.
    • Create test specification for the required characteristics.
    • Identify , specify and describe the testcases for the required digital IO interfaces .
    • Determine sequences to put IC into the right mode required for generating stimuli and measuring the characteristic.
    • Automate the sequence (ROBUST framework) in alignment with the labVIEW engineer
    • Close alignment with the available labVIEW engineer on drivers to control generators, measurement equipment and board.
    • Perform test runs to proof correctness of the automated testcases.
    • Deliver approved testcases and working implementation to Industrial team for test runs in the local test fab
