Sourcing and screening candidates from job boards.

Negotiating rates over phone and screen them technically.

Present shortlisted candidates to Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have good communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Night shift.

Must be a Graduate or Business Graduate.
