- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future school needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the school.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Experience developing and teaching content to managers and supervisors to increase their leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience driving results in the human resources field.
- At least 3 years of experience in labor relations and compliance.
- Experience in compensation and employee benefit programs administration is advantageous.
