    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

    Salary Range

    The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

    Responsibilities

    1. Sales Forecasting & Execution of Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    2. Implementation of Sales Plans: Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth.
    3. Submission of Reports: Submit daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.
    4. Identification of New Key Accounts: Identify new key accounts and distributors/channels partners to expand business.
    5. Awareness of Competitor's Activities: Stay up-to-date with competitor's pricing, schemes, systems/procedures, etc.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Graduate in Science (preferably Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or related Biosciences)
    • At least 2-5 years of sales experience in Laboratory Consumables
    • Results-oriented, outspoken, self-motivated, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills
    • Professional selling and presentation skills to influence multiple levels at customer's organization
    • Technical skills for grasping sophisticated product applications
    • Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal, and communication skills to communicate efficiently with customers, customer service, and different levels of internal and external customers
