We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on EIS projects.

You will play a pivotal role in analyzing current business analysis practices and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will require to leverage your extensive insurance industry experience and expertise in Agile methodologies to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our Insurance Technology Accelerators initiative.

Assess current business analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutionsHave working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremoniesCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Teams to ensure project alignment with business goals

Requirements

Should have 8 to 14 years of Insurance experienceShould have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremoniesDemonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in occasional late meetings when necessaryApply strong analytical capabilities to perform data mapping, integration analysis, and functional persona assessments to support wireframe creationPossess a basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle to assist in data analysis and reportingMaintain a deep understanding and advanced knowledge of EIS Policy Core - Pan Version and DXP Customer Portal Layer
