    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our company, BLOOFIELD MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLP. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. You will oversee and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients and employees. This is a full-time position located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
    • Solid knowledge of facility management and housekeeping practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and management.
    • Proficiency in managing housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
    • Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Create and implement housekeeping schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
    • Monitor and inspect the cleanliness of facilities, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
    • Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Develop and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
    • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and requests regarding housekeeping issues.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency in facility maintenance.
    • Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
