- Manager level resource experience (or Subcontractor with 15+ yrs of exp) in Digital Transformation, Data Quality & Governance.
- Experience in data governance/quality framework, including data classification, data ownership, and data stewardship policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to establish data governance processes and data quality framework
- Review and update data governance documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of data quality methodologies and best practices and strong understanding of data governance frameworks.
- Experience with data management tools and technologies
- Knowledge in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of KSA Digital Government Authority (DGA) Standards and the Qiyas cycle will be very beneficial
- Certifications in DAMA, COBIT, ITIL and ISO preferred)
