- Toprovide receptionist and front office duties in accordance withcompany policies procedures andprocesses.
- Achievementof the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreementtargets.
- Responsiblefor handling incoming and outgoing calls includingdistribution.
- Makesure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephoneresponses.
- Ensurepersonal preventability and dress in the assigneduniform.
- Receiveinform and guide visitors including coordination withemployees.
- Responsiblefor maintaining the telephone registers including calltracking.
- Preparationof database of Client contacts andupdating.
- Responsiblefor maintenance and upkeep of the frontoffice.
- Ensure receiptof magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display ofthe latest version in the reception as well as removal of outdatedmagazines.
- Ensurecompliance of regulations/requirements ofmanagement.
- Lookingfor FEMALE candidates only with a minimum 2 years experiencehandling the FrontDesk/reception.
- Candidatesshould be active smart & confident to handle thisactivity.
- Must havethe ability to make changes onpriority.
- Must be goodin written & verbal communicationskills.
- Candidatesfrom similar industries with similar experience will bepreferred.
