    Head - Marketing & Advertising (Digital Services)

    Job Description:

    We seek an experienced and dynamic Head to lead our Marketing and advertising division, specializing in selling digital marketing services to Continuing Medical Education (CME) organizers and providers. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with CME clients. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by effectively promoting our digital marketing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    § Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and target the CME industry. Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

    § Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor performance to meet sales goals.

    § Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with CME organizers and providers. Understand their unique needs and challenges to tailor our services effectively.

    § Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our digital marketing services and industry trends. Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

    § Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue and conversion rates.

    § Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

    § Market Research: Continuously research and analyze the CME market to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights to the executive team for product development and enhancement.

    § Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies targeted at CME Organizers & Providers.

    § Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    § Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

    § Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling digital marketing services.

    § Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

    § Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    § Understanding of digital marketing techniques and trends.
