    • Employee onboarding and offboarding:Facilitating smooth onboarding of new employees and ensuring properexit procedures for departingemployees.

    • Employee relations: Promoting positiveemployee relations addressing employee concerns and grievances andfostering a harmonious work environment.
    • Policydevelopment and implementation: Developing and updating HR policiesand procedures ensuring compliance with legal requirements andindustry bestpractices.

    CandidateQualifications:
    Toexcel in this role you should possess the followingqualifications:
    • 13 years ofexperience in HR management or a relatedfield.
    • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a relevantfield.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practicespolicies and procedures.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto handle confidential information with integrity anddiscretion.
