High ownership figuring thingsout on theirown deep product sense and building enterprise grade SaaS productare some of the critical requirementsforthis role.

Designdevelop and maintain scalable and highperformance backend systemsthat support business goalsDevelop datamodels schemas and tech specs to support the applicationsfunctionalityContribute to the architecturaldecisions for the backendinfrastructureCreate and maintain APIs topower the product with APIs as firstclass citizenapproachCollaborate with team members toconduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure bestpracticesIdentify and address performancebottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed andefficiencyMaintain publicfacing technicaland API documentationCollaborate withcrossfunctional stakeholders including frontend engineers productmanagers and designersInvestigate andresolve backend issues ensuring stability security and reliabilityof our systemsContribute to productimplementations and support by working closely with implementationsand customer successPoCs

PreferredExperienceBachelors or higher degree inComputer ScienceProficient in Python forbackend developmentExperience with Git forversion controlExcellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively within ateamFamiliarity with Dango will be aplusExperience in building B2B SaaS productswill be aplus.
