Job description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across our online platforms and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online customer inquiries and support requests
- Respond to customers via WhatsApp, social media, email, and website platforms
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns
- Track orders, complaints, and customer feedback
- Maintain proper communication records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or online sales support is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
