    Post: Performance Marketing Manager

    Job Type: Onsite

    Industry: Advertising

    Experience: 3-5 years

    Education: Any. A degree/diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred.

    Your Role:

    • End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
    • Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with the team to implement, optimise and report on performance.
    • Track, Measure and Manage all the KPI, ROI and other related activities to lead generation, SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Analytics metrics and Email marketing.
    • Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the management.
    • Maintaining dashboards and tables to measure performance metrics.
    • Develop, test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
    • Staying updated and identifying the latest performance marketing trends, insights and technologies to optimise spend and performance based on them.

    Requirements:

    • Skills in search platforms and social media platforms.
    • Keyword Research skills.
    • Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy.
    • In-depth knowledge of meta ads, Google AdWords, SEO techniques, and best practices for driving traffic and conversions.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Campaign and Budget management.
    • Analytical thinking.
    • Good coordination skills.
