    Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is a unit within Oracle that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. It is an offshore Hub that will cater to the needs of all Service entities across Oracle globally. GSC team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio in both the fixed price and T&M basis. GSC services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes.     The HCM pillar has consultants focused on delivering services on Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion & Taleo, as well as Onprem Applications: eBusiness Suite, and Peoplesoft. We have a current team strength of 250 + consultants and growing.     What You'll Do

    As a project manager you will be responsible for managing the project end to end, project forecasting, resources management, Profil and loss, client engagement, etc. The core roles and responsibilities are included below.

    • Minimum 10+ years of Total HCM (EBS/PSFT/Fusion/Others) experience with at least 4 years in Project Management role/capacity.
    • Should have at least 3/4 of Implementation engagements in various roles – Project Lead/Manager with at least 2 SaaS/Fusion/Cloud HCM projects as PM.
    • Clear understanding of the HCM Business Processes, and dependencies and also a sound knowledge of project implementation phases & methodology.
    • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
    • Sound knowledge of Project Management Methodologies like PMBOK, Prince2 , Agile and actual experience of having executed projects using these methodologies.
    • Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules.
    • Fusion Time and Labour.
    • Fusion Compensation and Benefit.
    • Fusion Payroll.
    • Fusion Absences.
    • Fusion Securities.
    • Fusion Core HR.
    • Fusion Talent Modules.
    • Recruit & Learn.
    • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
    • Good understanding of HCM Business Processes.
    • Ability to Lead & Mentor team members.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members.
    • Flexibility to adapt to project situations and play roles as per project requirements.
    • Assists in Pre-Sales related activities, bids, and proposals.
    • Willingness to Travel (30-40%).

    Certification preferred:

    • PMP/PMI certification — Project Management Institute.
    • Human Resources (Core HR) Cloud.
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management Certification.
    • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist.
