    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to curate and create compelling content forRFP proposals, brochures, case studies, and marketing materials . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with exceptional writing and editing abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and Curate content for RFP responses, brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Create and maintain a repository of RFP responses, technical content, and supporting documentation to streamline future proposal efforts.
    • Develop templates and standardized formats for proposals, solution overviews and case studies to streamline content creation processes.
    • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop responses to RFP questions and requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the company's offerings.
    • Participate in review meetings and revisions of RFP responses to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and improve the overall quality and effectiveness of proposals.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in creating compelling business narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of IT/technology solutions to diverse audiences, including executives, stakeholders, and end users.
    • Strong storytelling abilities with the capacity to weave technical details into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
    • Ability to understand business objectives, market dynamics, and customer pain points to tailor messaging and content accordingly.
    • Distilling complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives that highlight the benefits and advantages of the company's products and services.
    • Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining the integrity and coherence of the business narrative.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on creating content for IT/technology solutions, proposals, brochures, and case studies.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience with proposal writing and/or marketing content creation is a plus.
    • Additional qualifications in English language, Communications, Technical Writing, Creative writing, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.
