    We are currently seeking a TelecallingExecutive with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join ourdynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communicationskills a friendly and persuasive demeanor and a passion forengaging with potential customers over the phone. As a TelecallingExecutive you will play a key role in promoting ourproducts/services and generating leads through effective outboundcalling.Responsibilities:
    1. Conductoutbound calls to potential customers using a provided list orleads.
    2. Introduce and explain ourproducts/services to prospectiveclients.
    3. Engage with customers to understandtheir needs and address any inquiries they mayhave.
    4. Keep accurate and detailed records ofcalls made and outcomes achieved.
    5. Followscripts and guidelines provided for effectivecommunication.
    6. Meet daily and weekly calltargets as set by the team lead ormanager.
    7. Qualify leads and scheduleappointments for sales representatives ifrequired.
    8. Provide information about productfeatures pricing and benefits to potentialcustomers.
    9. Gather and document customerfeedback and insights for continuousimprovement.
    10. Collaborate with the sales team toachieve overall teamtargets.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimumof 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similarrole.
    2. Strong verbal communication skills and apleasant telephone manner.
    3. Ability to engagewith customers effectively and buildrapport.
    4. Basic computer skills and familiaritywith CRM software is a plus.
    5. Proactive andtargetdriven attitude with the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
    6. Excellent time management andorganizational skills.
    7. Ability to work wellwithin a team and take direction fromsupervisors.
    8. High school diploma or equivalentqualification.
