    Job Description :

    Job role : We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in the vibrant cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.

    As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities :

    Data Modeling : Design and implement effective data models for efficient reporting and analytics.

    ETL Development : Develop robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.

    Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

    Dashboard and Report Development : Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports to present key business metrics.

    Performance Tuning : Optimize queries and processes to ensure optimal performance of BI solutions.

    Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Data Quality Assurance : Implement data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a BI Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience.

    Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

    Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Experience in the financial industry or related sectors is a plus.
