Overview

The SiteEngineering position is a crucial role within our organizationresponsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities atconstruction sites. The Site Engineer plays a pivotal role inensuring that construction projects are completed efficientlycosteffectively and in compliance with all relevant regulations andquality standards.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage andcoordinate construction projects from conception tocompletion
• Review and interpret architecturalstructural and MEP drawings
• Monitorconstruction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines andbudget constraints
• Oversee site safety andensure compliance with all health and safetyregulations
• Coordinate with architectsengineers and subcontractors to address technicalissues
• Conduct quality assurance checks toguarantee adherence to specifications andregulations
• Prepare and maintain accurateproject documentation and reports
• Resolve anyonsite technical issues and provide recommendations forresolutions
• Collaborate with project managersto ensure smooth project execution
• Identify andimplement innovative solutions to enhance constructionefficiency

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering or related field
• Provenexperience in construction and projectmanagement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office andproject management software
• Strongunderstanding of construction methods materials andregulations
• Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
• Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressureenvironment
