    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Retail Banking to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader Retail Banking, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and target achievement of team and leading a team of banking professionals. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in retail banking.( sales of Loan against Property, Business Loan, Home Loan) and 2 years experience in team lead.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in retail banking .( sales of Loan against Property, Business Loan, Home Loan)
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, years experience in team lead.
    • Travelling required
    • Sound knowledge of banking products and services
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
    • Proficiency in using banking software and systems
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail banking department
    • Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve departmental goals and targets
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
    • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Handle and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall organizational goals
