    • Lead a team of writers/editors for high-quality output and adherence to company standards, providing regular feedback and guidance.

    We oversee essay reviews, ensuring coherence, polish, and alignment with individual goals through detailed feedback and targeted edits. We maintain rigorous quality assurance processes evaluating writing standards

    • Build strong relationships with clients (students/parents), addressing concerns & resolving escalations as needed.

    Continuously assess/refine writing workflows enhancing efficiency & quality; introduce new tools/strategies boosting productivity/writing effectiveness.
    Stay updated on emerging trends in college admissions & essay writing informing our strategies/team approaches.
