The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary created a unique business model, which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. This changed the standard practice of involving middlemen to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing of wool to exporting a finished handmade rug.

    The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using the finest wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is currently exported to more than 45 countries with the US sales arm, Jaipur Living, Inc. located in Georgia, Atlanta.

    Job Description -

    1. IPO experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the IPO process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth communication between internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
    2. Your role will involve coordinating meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and providing expert guidance on corporate governance matters related to IPOs.
    3. Report to the chairman and often liaise with board members.
    4. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
    5. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
    6. Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
    7. Confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.

    Qualifications:

    1. Company secretary (CS) qualification obtained.
    2. Experience in an IPO.
    3. Minimum years of experience.
    4. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of IPO procedures.
    5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
