Job Title: React + Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Java technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React, Java, and related technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on React and Java development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of modern web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
