    • Make efficientuse of sales tools and resources to identify new salesleads.
    • Develop and maintain a network ofprospects and engage with them through variouschannels.

    Collaborationwith Sales Leaders:
    • Workclosely with the sales leadership team to align strategies andachieve collective objectives.
    • Provide feedbackand insights to improve the overall salesprocess.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience.
    • 12 years ofsales experience in real estate or a relatedfield.
    • Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales quotas and successfully closingdeals.

    Skillsand Abilities:
    • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
    • Exceptional negotiation and salesclosing skills.
    • Proficiency in using sales andCRM tools.
    • Indepth knowledge of the real estateindustry and market trends.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
