    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Admission Counselor to join our school's admissions team. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling prospective students who align with the school's mission and values. This individual will be responsible for guiding students and families through the admissions process, providing information about academic programs, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students through various channels such as school visits, presentations, fairs, and online platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, providing information on application requirements, deadlines, and financial aid opportunities.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, addressing inquiries and providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions cycle.
    • Organize and participate in campus tours, open houses, and information sessions to showcase the school's facilities, programs, and culture.
    • Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to provide support services and resources for enrolled students.
    • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions-related data using CRM systems or databases.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services within an educational setting.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations related to student admissions and enrollment.
