    We are looking for a skilled Azure Databricks Tech Lead + Synapse Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to lead our data engineering projects and develop efficient data solutions on Azure. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee a team of data engineers, create data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to meet data requirements.


    • Design comprehensive data pipelines for ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs.
    • Provide technical guidance on data engineering best practices, performance optimization, and governance.
    • Implement data integration strategies using Azure services.
    • Document data architecture, flows, and governance.
    • Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of collaboration.
    • Stay updated on Azure data technologies, evaluate new tools, and enhance data solutions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 6-8 years of experience in Azure data engineering.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark.
    • Proficient in SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics.
    • Understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
    • Leadership experience, project delivery skills, and mentorship abilities.
    • Knowledge of Azure services like Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Cosmos DB.
    • Data security expertise and compliance knowledge in Azure.
    • Strong problem-solving and scalable solution design skills.
    • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Azure Functions.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Apache Superset.
    • Agile methodologies and DevOps practices knowledge.
    • Experience in regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or government.
