Overseeing the preparation of the monthly management accounts (including production of P&L, full balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow statements)

• Ongoing overview, development and implementation of an accurate monthend close.
• Ensuring that tasks are completed within the agreed deadlines
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, c.10 staff
• Ensuring that VAT returns workings are submitted to our VAT agents for filing submissions
• Oversee daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury
• Evaluate and enhance financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Indepth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
• Proven experience as a Finance manager or similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Support in implementing a new accounts system, if required
• Proven track record in supporting yearend Audit and Accounts processes
• Ability to recommend and execute any changes to processes, reporting, streamlining production of accounts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a concise manner to the Head of Departments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Inquisitive mindset

Qualification:
CA, ACCA qualified


Background:
Ecommerce/multinational operations/hypergrowth/audit, accounts prep,

forecasting/budgeting planning experience preferred

Experience: 10 years+ in similar position
