    We are seeking a Heat Treatment Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering field. As a Heat Treatment Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing heat treatment processes in the Foundry & Casting Industry. This is a full-time position located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment processes within the Foundry & Casting Industry
    • Strong knowledge of material specifications and treatment processes
    • Experience designing heat treatment processes

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop heat treatment processes for the Foundry & Casting Industry
    • Perform metallurgical analysis and material specifications to determine appropriate treatment processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of heat treatment processes
    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the heat treatment process

    Staying abreast of advancements in heat treatment technologies and materials science.

    Participating in research and development activities to improve existing processes or develop new ones.

    Maintaining detailed records of heat treatment processes, parameters, and outcomes.

    Generating reports on process performance, quality control, and any deviations from standards.

    Implementing safety protocols for the handling of materials and operation of equipment.
