    3+ Yrs – Wintel System Admin (Window/Wintel, Vmware,Azure, Citrix, O365, Windows Server, AD admin, Exchange) for Bangalore location.

    About this team:

    The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

    What you will be doing:

    • Assists with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
    • Must be able to propose and implement systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the systems.
    • Must be able to install and maintain software.
    • Experience in Large enterprise VMware infrastructures 1000+ VMs
    • Must have knowledge and experience in VMWare and virtual infrastructures.
    • Must be able to troubleshoot VMware-ESX related incidents.
    • Must be able to Patch and maintain ESX host servers.
    • Experience on Active directory administration.
    • Must have extensive knowledge on Windows and Citrix PVS servers.
    • Must have knowledge working on Azure, M365 and Exchange.
    • Will coach and mentor junior technical staff.
    • Will have wide latitude for independent judgment.

    What you bring:

    • Should have 3+ year experience on Windows Servers 2012/16/19/22, VMware infrastructure and Citrix PVS
    • Good Knowledge on supporting Office 365, Azure and Exchange.
    • Troubleshooting Windows Server, VMware, Citrix servers issues by providing detailed written root cause analysis and action plans for permanent resolution.
    • Must be able to effectively analyze and solve problems.
    • Must be able to monitor usage and performance.
    • Must be able to troubleshoot server, software, and hardware issues.
    • Sound knowledge and experience on ticket management system / tools. ServiceNow added advantage.
    • Knowledge of ITIL
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Intermediate level MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
