    Job Title: Regional Sales Coordinator- Logistics

    Location: Surat, Gujarat

    Job Purpose:

    As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales

    team from the backend, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective

    customer interactions.

    Job Duties:

    Assist sales managers and representatives in various tasks to enhance

    sales performance.

    Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

    transactions.

    Coordinate and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis for

    decision-making.

    Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive

    customer relationships.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales

    targets.

    Perform administrative tasks such as managing documents, schedules,

    and meetings.

    Coordinating with the Sales Team for new customer onboarding.

    Monitoring the team performance and actions accordingly.

    Follow up & lead the team through training, monitoring, and task delivery.

    Training to the new salesperson in terms of application, guidance in sales

    & SOP systems of our Company.

    Required Qualifications:

    Knowledge:

    Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

    Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.

    Basics of Microsoft Office, G-suite.
