Objectives of the Role:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India's IT landscape.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement robust systems and processes.

Your focus will be on aligning technology infrastructure with our business goals and ensuring seamless integration across various IT domains.

Work ExperienceExtensive experience (+ years) with at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and/or a similar technical leadership roleStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman etcProven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide technology strategiesDeep understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC), product-oriented development, cloud computing, cybersecurity Dev Sec Ops, inner-source or FOSS enablers and emerging technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical architectural designsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAutomotive industry experience will be an additional advantageExperience leading large-scale complex projects and managing cross-functional teamsExperience creating and implementing technology governance processes, policies, and standards, experience with cloud computing, data management, and data analyticsOrganizational skills - ability to organize and manage complex pieces of work independentlySelection Process forT4Self AssessmentTechnical Panel InterviewBehavioral Event InterviewQualifikationen

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Education Bachelors /Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software EngineeringCertified Specialization in Enterprise Architecture is also desired

Certification in &/Or familiarity with enterprise architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman etc.
