- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities at the site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor progress and quality of work, and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records
