    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, customize, and maintain ABAP programs to extend the functionalities of SAP HR modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment).
    • Analyze business requirements from HR teams, translating them into clear and concise technical specifications.
    • Design and implement innovative enhancements to existing SAP HR functionalities to optimize HR processes.
    • Conduct thorough testing of developed programs and troubleshoot any SAP HRrelated issues to ensure system stability.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP technologies and best practices specific to SAP HR.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of customized solutions.
    • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (e.g., IT, HR) to implement integrated solutions that best serve the organization's needs.
    • Assist in project planning and coordination activities for HR system enhancements.
    • Provide postimplementation support to HR users and offer training on newly developed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR modules
    • Indepth knowledge of SAP HR configuration and functionalities
    • Solid understanding of ABAP programming language, including objectoriented concepts
    • Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP HR functionalities using ABAP programs
    • Experience in testing and troubleshooting SAP HRrelated issues
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while also being a team player
