Roles & Responsibilities:

● Lead and inspire design teams to create a diverse range of design collaterals, such as Key Visuals, brand identity design, motion graphics, Social Media Communication design, etc.

● Develop strategically sound conceptual work which is aligned with client business goals and bring it to life through great leadership and execution.

● Stay informed of design trends, concepts, and the latest innovations in advertising and encourage team members and peers to do the same.

● Provide creative direction support to the team and coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues.

● Understand design briefs and share ideas with your peers and juniors.

● Lead concept discussions with clients, peers, and members from other teams.
