    Job Role: Executive Assistant

    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Office knowledge, outstanding organisational and time management skills, and familiarity with office gadgets and applications.

    Duties include:

    • Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments and managing travel itineraries
    • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
    • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
    • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
    • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Managing executives' calendars and setting up meetings
    • Making travel and accommodation arrangements
    • Racking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
    • Taking minutes during meetings
    • Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
    • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
    • Providing general administrative support

    Requirements:

    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
    • Able to organise a daily workload by priorities
    • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
