    Role Overview:

    Palettier is in search of a skilled and creative Social Media Manager, who will play a pivotal role in being the voice of our company on various social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business goals. In addition, we are a seeking a candidate who is proactive and possesses a high level of communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and influence across all platforms.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) to ensure alignment with our brand's voice and objectives.
    • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting and engagement monitoring
    • Analyze social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with social media trends to inform our strategies and keep our brand ahead of the curve.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and integrated marketing campaign that aligns with our business goals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically, while simultaneously maintaining attention to detail
    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
