    The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing business in India to support the India Customer Service team.

    You will partner with Operations teams to provide insightful analysis to support the future investments in this space.

    You will also build and leverage an extensive cross-functional partnership with consumer retail businesses and finance teams to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience.

    "Job Responsibilities include:


    • Leading components of our monthly financial reporting, ad-hoc project analyses, and financial modeling and financial planning processes for AP and Middle East region.
    • Working with partner teams to identify and report on key financial metrics
    • Working with partner teams to understand gaps behind monthly variances
    • Continuously improving existing processes with an eye toward automation, scalability, and efficiency
    • Complete complex business modeling and analysis to identify operating improvements and deep dive into cost structures
    • Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data-driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives
    • Facilitate financial review meetings with various levels of leadership to ensure effective finance and cost management
    • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its profitability
    • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key data is timely and accurate
    • Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions
    • Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency
    • Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep-dive analyses
    • Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs.
    Basic Qualification


    • Degree
    in Finance, Accounting, or related field

    • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in positions that require business analysis
    • Relevant FP&A experience and financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast-paced metrics-driven environment
    • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
    • Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving with exceptional accuracy on provided figures
    • Solution driven approach to systems and processes
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced skills in Excel is a mustPreferred Qualification
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business finance
    • Advancedanalytic, financial modeling, and reporting skills required
    • Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Advanced Excel skills are a must
    • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
    • Previous experience with Customer Service processes and systems a plusKey Characteristics
