Requirements and Skills

• Graduate or MBA
• Proven work experience as an HR business partner with 2-4yrs of experience
• Excellent communication & people management skills
• Should be strong analytical skills and power point presentations.
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
