Objective: Weare actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologistwith a strong background in radiology and a commitment todelivering high-quality patient care at Aster CMI Hospital, Hebbal.As a Senior Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in providingadvanced diagnostic interpretations, mentoring junior radiologists,and contributing to the overall excellence of our imagingservices.

Responsibilities:

AdvancedImageInterpretation:

• Provideexpert-level interpretations of complex medical images, includingCT scans, MRIs, X-rays, and ultrasounds.
• Offerspecialized insights into various subspecialtyareas.

QualityAssurance andreports:

• Oversee andcontribute to quality assurance programs to maintain the higheststandards of diagnostic accuracy.
• The reportsto be submitted within the agreed TAT
• Conductpeer reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance theoverall performance of theteam.

Mentorship andLeadership:

• Mentor andguide junior radiologists, fostering their professionaldevelopment.
• Lead by example in promoting aculture of continuous learning and collaboration within theradiologyteam.

Collaboration andConsultation:

• Collaboratewith referring physicians, clinicians, and other healthcareprofessionals to optimize patient care.
• Provideexpert consultation on challenging cases and assist in developingtailored imagingprotocols.

ContinuousEducation:

• Stay abreastof the latest advancements in radiology and medicalimaging.
• Lead educational initiatives withinthe team to ensure ongoing professionaldevelopment.

TechnologyUtilization:

• Utilizetele-radiology platforms and advanced imaging softwareeffectively.
• Contribute to the implementationand optimization of cutting-edge technology for improved diagnosticcapabilities.

Requirements:

• Qualification- Medical degree from an accredited institution and boardcertification in radiology. MD/DNB. AdditionalSpecializations/Certifications – FRCR/ESR/SpecialorSubSpecial Fellowships
• Min 5 plus years ofexperience in radiology with a focus on advanced subspecialtyareas.
• Proven leadership and mentorshipcapabilities.
• Strong analytical skills forcomplex cases and a commitment to diagnosticexcellence.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effectivecollaboration.
• Should have the acumen andpotential to build in proficiency for using HIS platforms andadvanced imaging software.
