- Experience in contract workforce management in a large or mid-sized organisation.
- Understanding of Compliance Advisory, Regulatory Affairs, and State Laws.
- Exposure to Labour laws and regulations, and their interpretations.
- Knowledge of PAN India labour compliances.
- Good Communication skills to decipher labour laws and regulations.
