    • This role will work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver 'best in class' learning experiences for leaders The Program Lead
    • Leadership Development
    will have two parts to their role (1) be responsible for end-to-end program management of our leadership programs and (2) overall talent development dashboarding and communication.

    • Redesign & realign the existing leadership development programs with the new strategy in line with the company's business imperatives and other talent mandates.
    • Leverage new age learning practices, methods, frameworks & measures to design and deliver new format of leadership development program and comprehensive evaluation strategies.
    • Ensure endtoend implementation of existing leadership programs. Leadership Direct (LDP), Executive Development Program (EDP), Global Integrations Workshop (GIW).
    • Partner with the existing Genome learning ecosystem and business L&D teams / academies to ensure alignment of leadership programs to overall learning architecture and design principles.
    • Cofacilitate learning sessions with Gurus, Master Gurus, and external facilitators.
    • Seek regular feedback from all stakeholders including participants, their supervisors, HR & Leaders to improve consistently on the program effectiveness.
    • Collaborate effectively with the team to produce outstanding results in program execution, learner engagement, branding & communication and reporting and analytics.
    • Lead the monthly publication and communication plan for the overall Talent Development function.

    Minimum Qualifications/skills:

    • Relevant experience in building and scaling leadership development programs for an organization
    • Comfortable in a dynamic environment, and can balance setting longterm strategic priorities with highquality, tactical execution.
    • Possess operational rigor, detail orientation, strong problemsolving skills, and analytical capability.
    • Strong influencing skills and can engage with business leaders and partners thoughtfully and successfully.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills; able to package and present complex analysis and recommendations clearly.
    • Wellversed in digital learning, justintime/microlearning, and blended learning strategies
    • Experience as a Trainer / Facilitator

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills :

    • MBA, Qualification in organizational psychology or in any other similar discipline
