As the Center AM/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our flagship center, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a Retail role
    • Proven track record of managing and leading teams at center for managing day to day issues
    • Strong knowledge of retail operations and Retail sales operations
    • Experience in implementing Retail marketing strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
    • Control statutory and stock management

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship center for Gaming and Hospitality
    • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at all times
    • Supervise and train center staff to deliver outstanding customer service
    • Develop and monitor operational budgets for the center
    • Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
    • Collaborate with the marketing team internal and external to execute promotional activities
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
    • Monitor competitor activities and recommend competitive strategies
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on center performance
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
